We have been manufacturing in the Pearl river delta region of Southern China since 1967.

Todays Comfort knitting plant was designed and built in the mid 90's to provide our customers with the best products and services and to give our workforce a great environment to work and play in.

Hong Kong

Comforts financial and administrative centre is based in Hong Kong where we have a team of 22 people that are dedicated to making sure our clients get what they need when they need it.

Comfort specialises in producing high quality, competitively priced contemporary knitwear for the international garment market.

Most of our production is exported to Europe, where we supply many of the continents leading brands.

Garments

The vast majority of the garments we produce are Cardigans, Pulovers, Skirts, Dresses, Scarves. However we are happy to design, develop and produce other garments if the client demand it.

Materials

We source and work with a variety of materials for our clients including cotton, cotton/viscose, acrylic/cotton, rayon/nylon, rayon/spandex, lambswool, angora, wool, wool mix, cotton/wool, silk, silk/angora.

We also source and work with a variety of other yarns and can of course source any materials our clients are interested in using.

Manufacturing Techniques

We offer our clients a variety manufacturing processes for their garments including: 3gg / 5gg / 7gg / 9gg./ 12gg / intarsia, Knitwear, Beading, Crochet, Printing, Machine Embroidery, Hand Embroidery, Dip Dye and Enzyme Washing

Sampling

Comforf offers it clients a seamless process capable of delivering to the customer within just 60 days from the initial order being placed.

We control an entire knitwear production cycle from start to end that has a monthly capability to produce over 200,000 garments.
